Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 large cucumber, diced
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

1 cup pitted Kalamata olives

For the Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
